Our story

Want to know a bit about Lockhart Fine Foods? We'll keep it simple - we let our food speak for us. 

Founded in 1992 in Lockhart, Texas, Lockhart Fine Foods was created to bring quality, real cookie dough to the masses. A clear cut above the rest, in order to keep up with capacity and maintain premium quality ingredients, we moved to our beautiful  Madera, California bakery.
